Colombia signed WHO Protocol on illicit trade of tobacco products

Ambassador Néstor Osorio signed on behalf of Colombia the "protocol to eliminate illicit trade in tobacco products", adopted in Seoul on November 12, 2012.
This Protocol was adopted at the fifth session of the Conference of the Parties to the 2003 Framework Convention on tobacco control of the World Health Organization. It remains open for signature by the States parties to the Convention at the United Nations headquarters until January 9, 2014.
Colombia was the 14 state to sign this Protocol.
