• The committe Concerning Counter -Terrorism was established pursuant to resolution 1373 (2001) adopted by the Security Council at its 4385th meeting, on 28 September 2001.

• The Committee consists of all 15 members of the Security Council.

• Colombia was elect as Vice-Chairmen.
