We hope to devote tomorrow's consultations to three issues.

First, the provisional program of work The President will cover some issues of the program that may require an explanation from the point of view of format and timing. For your reference, attached please find the latest version of the provisional program of work for the month of December.

Second, the DRC. There will be no substantive discussion, but rather a consideration of the situation with a view to a formal meeting, hopefully that morning. That will depend on the outcome of this afternonon's expert meeting.

Third, Oil for food. The Russian Federation has requested that this issue be included as an item of tomorrow's agenda.

In the afternoon, the Security Council will receive a briefing from the Executive Director of the WFP. There will be no speakers lists because statements are not expected. However, if members of the Council wish to ask specific questions, or address issues from his briefing, they simply have to indicate so after the actual briefing. We expect the afternoon meeting to run for approximately an hour or so.

See you tomorrow for coffee. We guarantee quality!
